**Master Planner.**

Buscamos talento para asegurar la optimización del inventario de materia prima, producto terminado, barricas y líquidos a corto, mediano y largo plazo con base en el pronóstico de ventas proyectado, la capacidad de la destilería y los planes de crecimiento de la marca interactúa con Compras para garantizar el suministro oportuno de materiales para la producción

**Generales**:

- Posición: Master Planner.
- Zona Para Laborar: Área Metropolitana Guadalajara Jalisco.
- Horario: lunes a viernes 9:00 - 18:00 hrs.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería industrial o a fin concluida.
- Al menos 7 años en procesos Planeación en Empresa Transnacional Electrónica, Automotriz o Farmacéutica.
- Conocimientos en planeación de materiales, análisis de capacidades, administración de MRP, estadística, pronósticos y modelos de planeación.

**Funciones**:
La persona seleccionada será responsable de acompañar a las unidades de negocio en las siguientes funciones:

- Detectar oportunamente riesgos y amenazas en el suministro de materiales y generar planes de acción para reducirlos.
- Proyectar inventarios y valor de materiales de acuerdo con el plan de ventas y política de inventarios.
- Generar estrategias de inventarios para mantener el nível óptimo de cobertura de materiales y líquidos de acuerdo con los DOS aprobados por Dirección de Operaciones.
- Establecer requerimientos de materiales mediante MRP y el lead time y MOQ confirmado por Compras con la frecuencia y oportunidad necesaria.
- Dar seguimiento al “Tracker “de entregas en tiempo y forma de Compras.
- Mantener en sistema el BOM de materiales correcta en Producto Terminado.
- Generar SKUs y BOMs nuevos en sistema de acuerdo con los lineamientos estipulados por Desarrollo y Calidad.
- Generar proyección de destilación, añejamiento y demanda de líquidos de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
- Generar proyección de requerimiento mensual y anual de barricas.
- Proyección anual de capacidades de producción y maduración en base a plan de negocio.
- Actualización de matrices de capacidades productivas en envasado y graneles.
- Generar reportes de seguimiento y mensual de demanda real vs plan de venta y rolling forecast.
- Generar reporte mensual de agave (Matriz - Tendencia - CRT).
- Generar reportes de merma mensual en envasado.
- Generar reporte de tendencias de consumo de materiales, rotación (regular,slow,dog) y cobertura del inventario de Materia Prima, Producto Terminado y Líquidos.
- Generar y Compartir proyección de materiales y de líquidos a Finanzas para cálculo de Working Capital.
- Proyectar envasado e inventarios de producto terminado de acuerdo con el plan de ventas vigente.
- Proyectar capacidades de envasado de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
