**Your Impact**

As SAP Supplier Master Data Governance** **your responsibilities would consist:

- ** Data Governance Frameworks**:Support development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the effective management and utilization of organizational data assets.
- ** Data Cleansing Initiatives**: Design and execute data cleansing strategies and methodologies to identify, analyze, and rectify data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates. Utilize data profiling and cleansing tools to improve data quality.
- ** Establish Data Quality Standards**: Define and support enforcement of data quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Implement processes for ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data quality.
- ** Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and data owners, to understand data requirements, address data quality issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- ** Ensure Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards. Ensure that data governance and cleansing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- ** Data Privacy Management**:Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
- ** Drive Data Culture**: Promote a data-driven culture within the organization by raising awareness of the importance of data governance and cleansing practices. Provide training and guidance to empower employees to become stewards of data quality.
- ** Monitor and Report on Data Quality**: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track data quality metrics and performance indicators. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data quality insights and trends to key stakeholders.
- ** Other duties as assigned.**

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field

**Experience**
- Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong project management skills, including project planning and execution
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics
- Previous experience with data profiling and cleansing
- Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements
- Experience working with supplier master data preferred
- Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4 preferred
