Continuos Improvement Coordinator

Required Profile:

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Master’s degree will be added advantage
- A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial.
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Minimum Five years' experience in process optimization, operations in Automotive Industry.
- Ability to identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
- Savings projects knowledge
- Ability to complete projects according to outline scope, budget, and timeline.
- An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills specially with Microsoft Office
- A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, who is able to work well all levels of employees.
