**Objetivo del puesto de trabajo**:
Posicionar la imagen de la empresa sus marcas y productos, respetando la visión y valores, para elevar las ventas, incrementando la participación de la compañía en el mercado. Desarrollar, establecer y lograr la ejecución del plan estratégico de mercadotecnia conforme a los objetivos financieros que marca ASSA ABLOY México. Gestión efectiva del presupuesto, publicidad y promoción del área de mercadotecnia

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de formular planes estratégicos de Marketing en mercados industriales
- Controla el presupuesto del departamento de acuerdo con los objetivos financieros
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado, competidores, mercado y clientes nuevos y existentes
- Desarrolla e implementa planes de marketing y proyectos para el portafolio de productos
- Responsable de todas las exposiciones y eventos promocionales desde la planificación hasta la implementación
- Gestión de lanzamientos de nuevos productos
- Desarrollar una estrategia de precios que maximice las ganancias y la participación de mercado, controlando los márgenes de cada uno de los productos de la compañía
- Administra y controla la productividad de los planes de marketing a través de la asignación de proyectos a los Encargados de producto a su cargo,

**Perfil del puesto de trabajo**:

- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración de empresas o a fin, es un plus grado de Maestría
- Experiência comprobada de por los menos 5 años desarrollando planes y campañas de marketing en sector industrial (canal ferretero es un plus)
- Habilidades y competencia en gestión presupuestaria, buen manejo de herramientas ERP, Software Comercial
- Nível de idioma inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito
- Elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas en español e idioma inglés
- Habilidades analíticas para pronosticar e identificar tendencias y canales
- Liderazgo efectivo de equipos (reporte directo 10 personas promedio)
