**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:

- The SRE Engineers will act as consultants to our stakeholders and to the customer by understanding and fulfilling their upgrade requirements, while communicating clearly (in English) with architects, DevOps, quality engineers, and project managers.
- The site Reliability Engineer will advise customers on technical topics, and take part in technical presentations and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor customer infrastructure using tools or defined SOPs to identify failures and mitigate the same by raising tickets with defined priority and severity
- Update SOP with updated troubleshooting instructions and process changes
- Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes
- Perform alert analysis for driving incident reduction
- Resolve L1 incidents and service requests

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required

**What you need**:

- Required experience with system administration and scripting for VMware products, such as VCF, NSX, ESXi, vCenter, and vRA, knowledge and understanding of cloud and infrastructure, DevOps (CI/CD), Ansible, Linux, and networking/security.
- Some practical experience with Python scripting is highly desirable.
