Maintenance Manager

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:
1. Direct, if necessary, the preventive and corrective maintenance maneuvers (including the solution of electrical, pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical problems) to ensure that the equipment receives the correct preventive maintenance and that it is repaired to operate with maximum efficiency.

2. Encourage team members to develop, use and improve maintenance tasks.

3. Direct, supervise, develop and motivate all employees assigned to their charge. Regularly audit the work of employees. Ensures that training and development programs are assigned for maintenance employees according to the detection of training needs (DNC).

4. Maintain communication with maintenance personnel regarding issues such as maintenance metrics and parameters, plant policies, safety issues, plant efficiency and Scrap levels, performance quality, etc.

5. Participate in the development of strategies to achieve goals aimed at achieving the objectives of the plant and department, as well as continuous improvement activities.

6. Support projects, including cost reduction, machinery modification, and other assigned tasks.

7. Coordinate and supervise the requisitions of spare parts, consumables and supplies of the machinery and equipment of the plant.

8. Promote and support the use of troubleshooting techniques (QRCM) to ensure effective equipment repairs.

9. Promote activities to maintain standards of organization, cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.

10. Ensure the storage and administration of hazardous substances and ensure that they are properly labeled.

11. Responsible for the planning of annual preventive maintenance, as well as responsible for the MTTR and MTBF KPIs of the department and that they are met according to the established objective.

12. Development and implementation of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology to achieve perfect production.
