The Supply Chain Integration Platform Leader will provide leadership, collaboration, and end to end integration of platform resources to ensure the successful delivery and execution of production results within their respective platform, as well as providing functional Supply Chain, Engineering, Process and Operations expertise.

The Supply Chain Integration Platform Leader leads cross-functional teams within a specific business unit to drive results across a product platform. While the primary focus is on delivery and cost, the incumbent will also provide support for resource development, safety and quality programs as needed.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop an annual platform A3 strategy to deliver current year objectives that connects and supports both plant and business initiatives
- Facilitate annual production target setting process with the plants and finance teams
- Leads the analysis and recommendations for resource allocation and priorities for the platform’s activities geared to meeting current year objectives as well as setting up for success over the 3-4-year time horizon
- The incumbent facilitates technical direction and consulting on a wide array of operational issues, bringing significant depth and breadth of experience. This position serves as liaison between plant operations, staff functions and the business team. He/she would also typically lead development of productivity gap closure plans.
- Coordinate with Research and Engineering to provide and direct technical resources in support of platform objectives
- Coordinate the flow and authorization of RSRs and MSRs for the respective platform
- Provide functional expertise in support of strategic asset capability and capacity planning
- Provide leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best people and fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results
- Own management of change (MOC) for the respective platform in support of driving asset standardization
- Lead or support benchmarking and best practice (P2030) sharing to build capability within platform teams
- Lead the escalation process for the respective platform
- Ensures all work complies with corporate safety, regulatory, product safety and sustainability requirements, including appropriate use of patents, invention disclosures and trade secrets.
- Manages team and self in accordance with the Ways of Working.
- Ensures that all elements of the corporate Human Resources Development and Diversity and Code of Conduct policies are fully supported.
- Communicates professionally and appropriately with all customers, conducting all communications and transactions with the utmost integrity and honesty.
- Lead programs to improve product performance, quality, and production processes consistent with the business strategy
- Be the communication conduit between the mills operating teams and category teams, regarding strategies, plans, and issues
- Coordinate with Research and Engineering to provide and direct technical resources
- Facilitate productivity results, tracking and reporting of said results to the respective business unit

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Generally, 10+ years of experience in increasingly broader technical or operational roles with demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership
- Experience across multiple functions
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an environment with a high degree of change and uncertainty
- Preferred working knowledge of KC manufacturing specifications, procedures, and equipment
- Must be able to provide leadership to the sectors manufacturing units and provide leadership and influence for multi-
