**Responsabilidades**:

- Revisar y asegurar que las herramientas y equipos para la operación se encuentren en condiciones óptimas para su uso y garanticen una operación segura.
- Asegurar que los electromecánicos conozcan y lleven a cabo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo para cumplir con los programa de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo disponibles y aplicables en el área de trabajo.
- Proponer acciones (Programas) de Prevención, Corrección y Modificaciones aplicables al equipo y maquinaria de planta con la finalidad de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
- Asegurar que se cumpla con los programas de mantenimiento Preventivo para garantizar la continuidad de la operación.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Indicadores asignados al departamento de mantenimiento.
- Supervisar y asegurar la correcta ejecución del mantenimiento no programado de la planta.
- Asegurar y supervisar que el trabajo que se solicita a contratistas sea seguro y se concluya conforme a lo requerido en los contratos.

Requisitios:
Escolaridad: Ingeniero Industrial, Eléctrico, Mecánico, electromecánico o afín (Indispensable Titulado).
- Experiência: 2-3 años en puestos similares
- Mantenimiento Preventivo, Hidráulica, Neumática, Electricidad, Mantenimiento Industrial
- PLC's Avanzado
- SAP, MP9
- Seguridad, 5's
- Buenas prácticas de Mantenimiento
- Herramientas estadísticas, Técnicas de Análisis y Solución de Problemas y
