Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

**How you will contribute**

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

**What you need to know about this position**:
The core purpose of the Meals Product Development function is bringing support to lead technical design and commercialisation of new products to deliver business growth and quality improvement. The position is based in Mexico Tech Center otherwise the person will take part of a regional team responsible for R&D Meals activities for LA.

**Main Responsibility**:
Providing technical support in projects and research & development. This includes: researching, planning, developing, documenting and implementing projects that involve: new products, new raw materials, new suppliers, line extensions, productivities, quality and process improvements, according to Mondelez International Guidelines

**Education / Specific Requirements**:
1. University degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other graduations related;
2. Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO
3. Previous work experience in R&D, Quality or Manufacturing at least 1 year.
4. English, 75%, verbal and written
5. Key Skills: analytic, organized, manage and control of multiple projects at the same time, presentation skills, work with multidisciplinary teams (networking)

Plant-Ecatepec Mexico (2 days for week)
