As a **Mid-Level Recruiter**, you will play a crucial role in building our IT teams by identifying and hiring exceptional talent. This on-site position requires someone with experience in recruitment, particularly within the tech industry, who can effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential hires.
- Manage recruitment timelines to optimize "time to fill" and "time to hire."
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years in an IT recruitment role.
- Advanced level of English.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, agile methodologies, and IT recruitment practices.
- Experience with recruitment software, and understanding of interview techniques.
- Participated in hiring positions like, Fullstack developer, Software engineer, QA Engineer manual/automation, SDETs, SRE, Security, and others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results.
**This position is on-site.**
