Propósito del rol. Este rol es responsable de administrar la función de Gestión de incidentes dentro de Tecnología. Esto implica desarrollar la estrategia y la metodología pertinentes y adoptar las herramientas para su disciplina específica. Esta persona trabajará directamente con los directores de TI, los CIO y las partes interesadas clave en México y LAM. Además, esta persona ayudará a impulsar la forma de trabajar DevOps-Agile alineando las expectativas regionales y globales, lo que ayudará a coordinar el equipo que colabora con los jefes de administración de servicios de EE. UU. y CA. Este rol lidera y desarrolla los recursos de gestión de incidentes y los equipos funcionales, asegurando que los recursos tengan las capacidades, habilidades y conocimientos apropiados a través de capacitación y otros materiales para lograr los objetivos de la disciplina.

Actividades principales:

- Supervisar la aplicación de los procedimientos y controles apropiados y su eficacia continua para garantizar el pleno cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y reglamentarios del Grupo en LATAM
- Involucrar a todas las partes interesadas relevantes (CIO, jefe de práctica de gestión de servicios, jefe de gestión de infraestructura, etc.) para mantener la visibilidad de sus incidentes
- Supervisar la eficacia de los controles para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de gestión de servicios de la organización.
- Garantizar que se implemente un proceso de participación eficaz que esté demostrando agregar valor a todas las partes interesadas objetivo.
- Garantizar una estrecha coordinación con los líderes de procesos de prácticas de gestión de servicios para que la ejecución de sus procesos permanezca completamente alineada con el resto de la organización.
- Colaborar entre los equipos de DevOps para garantizar la coherencia y mejorar continuamente la ejecución del proceso de gestión de incidentes.
- Administrar, liderar y asesorar al equipo regional de gestión de incidentes con múltiples habilidades para ayudar a realizar las actividades anteriores
- Monitorear la efectividad continua de los controles
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas regulatorias y Auditorías
- Proporcionar experiência, conocimiento especializado y consultoría para apoyar el desarrollo y la entrega de las metas y objetivos estratégicos del área de disciplina de Gestión de Servicios.
- Garantizar que la estructura de gobierno (incluidos los controles clave) se mantenga en toda la práctica de gestión de servicios y que los informes estén alineados con los estándares de informes globales.
- Colaborar con las Disciplinas de gestión de servicios y los recursos de Prácticas de gestión de servicios para promover las mejores prácticas y la adopción de Gestión de servicios.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los representantes de GB/GF para mejorar el compromiso e impulsar mejoras y beneficios tangibles alineados con el negocio, y con la Gestión de Disciplina de Gestión de Servicios de Tecnología para garantizar operativamente que el proceso brinde valor comercial.
- Liderar y desarrollar gerentes y analistas de incidentes

**Requisitos**:

- Fuertes habilidades gerenciales, de comunicación, organizacionales, de pensamiento lateral, de planificación estratégica, analíticas, matemáticas, de toma de decisiones, interpersonales y de liderazgo.
- Fuerte visión para los negocios y capacidad para tomar decisiones de compensación continuamente.
- Habilidad para buscar y mejorar las mejores prácticas y capacidades.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones a largo plazo con todas las partes interesadas (clientes, empleados, compañeros, etc.)
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado al equipo e influir y comunicarse de manera efectiva en varias líneas comerciales en los níveles superiores dentro de la organización.
- Capacidad para operar de manera efectiva en una organización matrizada globalmente
- Comprensión general de software, hardware, redes y operaciones de TI.
- Sólidas habilidades de juicio para identificar y resolver problemas.
- Experiência trabajando en un entorno de equipo utilizando habilidades adecuadas de comunicación y planificación, preferiblemente en un entorno funcional matricial.
- Sólida interacción entre socios y partes interesadas: orientada al cliente.
- Habilidad para lidiar con situaciones conflictivas con éxito: habilidades de negociación.

Cualificaciones y Acreditaciones
- Licenciatura: Ingeniería, Sistemas o afines
- Inglés fuerte hablando y escribiendo (100%)
- Certificación formal en un marco de gestión de servicios (por ejemplo, nível básico certificado por ITIL V3 o similar)
- Togaf
