**Descripción**
**Propósito del puesto**
Es responsable de mantener en condiciones optimas de operación los equipos de prueba y de inspección final, para lo cual implementa métodos o procedimientos para el mantenimiento y calibración de todos los equipos y la máxima utilización de los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales de su área, dando soporte a las áreas productivas y de servicios. Supervisa a técnicos de prueba y equipos específicos bajo su responsabilidad.
**Principales Roles & Responsabilidades**
- Garantizar la seguridad en primer lugar dentro del área de responsabilidad mejorando o manteniendo el equipo de Prueba seguro para todos los empleados.
- Coordinar a los técnicos de pruebas de acuerdo con las políticas y prioridades de la empresa.
- Participar en la selección, contratación y evaluación del personal técnico de pruebas.
- Responsable de la instalación, validación y liberación de equipos de prueba, programadores CPLD y OBEs.
- Participar activamente en actividades de QPA, NPI y ECN dentro del área de responsabilidad.
- Recibir, definir y brindar la formación necesaria para maximizar el desempeño del equipo prueba.
- Documentar las lecciones aprendidas, guías de resolución de problemas y los procesos de prueba para mejorar el tiempo de soporte con otros ingenieros y técnicos.
- Monitorear el desempeño basado en métricos definidos dentro del área como FPY, Falsos Rechazos, Tiempo muerto y proporcionar retroalimentación a otros departamentos según sea necesario para implementar acciones para impulsar mejoras continuas.
- Mantener los métricos semanales y dar seguimiento de acciones actualizado para mejorar FPY, tiempo muerto, falsos rechazos, otros, etc.
- Asegurar las tendencias de mejora del rendimiento de los equipos de prueba mediante el análisis de tendencias y la aplicación de métodos de resolución de problemas.
- Mantener actualizado continuamente el inventario y estatus de activos de equipo de prueba de su área.
- Definir, realizar y asegurar que las actividades de los planes de mantenimiento y calibración se ejecuten a tiempo.
- Mantener actualizado el inventario y adquisición de partes de repuesto para evitar o minimizar tiempos muertos.
- Participar en el análisis de causa raíz y acciones preventivas como parte de un equipo multidisciplinario según sea necesario.
- Participar en la resolución de problemas con el personal de reparación y proporcionar retroalimentación a otros departamentos según sea necesario.
- Asistir a juntas con cliente o del departamento según sea necesario.
- Soportar las iniciativas y requerimientos del cliente o departamento según sea necesario.
**Requerimientos para el puesto**
- **Escolaridad**_
- Ingenieria en Electronica o Mecatronica (Indispensable).
- **Experiência**:_
- En solución de problemas electronicos y mecanicos de equipo de prueba funcional e In Circuit ICT (Indispensable).
- Experiência en equipos ICT y FT de productos electrónicos SMT.
- Experiência en análisis de fallas de equipo y producto para ensamble electrónicos.
- **Idioma**:_
- Ingles intermedio / avanzado.
**Habilidades técnicas y conocimientos**
- Habilidad para hacer un diagnostico y reparacion de equipos de prueba y producto.
- Conocimiento de equipo de medición como multimetro y osciloscopio.
- Interpretación de esquemáticos electrónicos, neumáticos y mecánicos.
- Programación y Conocimiento de algunos paquetes como LINUX, C++, Windows.
- Experiência previa como Ingeniero de prueba y habilidades para diagnosticar fallas.
- Administración, supervisión y dirección de personal técnico.
