**Your job**

Escalated Network Operations Team is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Network Engineer with strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless, and Cisco ISE. This role serves as the enterprise wireless and authentication technical expert and has ownership driving standards that align with KGS technology vision and strategy. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work closely with a talented global technical team responsible for supporting Koch's global enterprise communications environment. Our team is looking for an individual who has the skills and capabilities to support a complex ISE environment with ownership of working on Day-to-Day Incidents & Requests from Koch Customer/Stockholders.

**What You Will Do
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the wireless and authentication services from Operations team and working closely with engineering, delivery, and escalated operations.
- Partner with product group, recommend changes to wireless and authentication systems based on permanent fix for Incidents that he/she provide on a very regular basis.
- Work with Global Operations team and support Operations and on-call.
- Follow the standards defined by engineering based on changes in business requirements.
- Communicate with customers to assist in resolving issues and provide high level of customer service.
- Act as SME for wireless Environment from Operations and recommend changes along with collaboration of engineering team.
- Work on complex problem tickets and trend analysis to resolve repeated wireless issues.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
- Work with Cisco TAC or other vendors for required support.
- Identify automation and Optimization opportunities.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Tenured engineer having good experience in Wireless and minimum of 3+ years enterprise wireless networking experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meraki access points and console.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and management protocols.
- Strong communications skillset including presenting to technical and non-technical stake holders.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Strong knowledge of Cisco WLCs and WLC hosted wireless access points.
- Good to have exposure in Cisco ISE or any Authentication functionality and troubleshooting experience including RADIUS, TACACS, and various policy elements common with those technologies.
- Practical experience with all common transport and routing protocols with a specific emphasis on SDWAN and OSPF.
- Knowledge in Palo Alto, Zscaler, Fortinet.
- CCNP (Wireless, Routing & Switching, or Enterprise)
