PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN:
Coordinar y participar del diseño y ejecución de los proyectos (o partes de proyectos) de ingeniería, específicamente para el área de sustentabilidad, garantizando los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la compañía y asegurando una operación eficiente. Coordinar y alinear los esfuerzos y actividades del time de proyecto y la alineación con las áreas funcionales manufactura, calidad, seguridad, mantenimiento. Además, es responsable de liderar una agenda de proyectos de mejoras y ahorros desde la fase de diseño hasta la ejecución.

Estamos en busca de profesionales de la especialidad de sustentabilidad incluyendo electricidad/ energías sostenibles, agua y efluentes, utilidades.

¿QUÉ HARÍAS?
- Definir los KPIs de sustentabilidad que son aplicables al proyecto y definir las soluciones técnicas que serán implementadas para alcanzar los KPIs.
- Coordinación “end to end” en la preparación e implementación de proyectos (o parte de proyectos).
- Definir, juntamente con los times de Ingenieria y SHE locales y globales, el plan de sustentabilidad del proyecto, incluyendo circularidad de agua, reducción del uso de energía, reducción de perdidas, y plan de tratamiento de efluentes
- Coordinación junto a las demás áreas funcionales la conceptualización y el diseño de los proyectos y confirmar factibilidad técnica.
- Definición de los aspectos técnicos de los proyectos, definición de los equipos y tecnologías que serán utilizadas para atingir los aspectos de sustentabilidad.
- Trabajar con el time de proyecto y consultantes para las definiciones técnicas necesarias para certificación LEED.
- Elaboración de CAPEX y control de gastos para los proyectos.
- Supervisión y dirección de proyectos de ahorros.
- Establecer procesos, procedimientos, especificaciones técnicas de todo lo que conlleva el proyecto.
- Evaluación técnica de propuestas de equipos, accesorios y montajes.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas, normas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Calidad durante el transcurso del proyecto hasta su entrega final.
- Gestionar, analizar y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Gestionar KPIs de los proyectos.
- Liderazgo de normas SHE y Calidad aplicables al área de Ingeniería.
- Coordinación del time de ingeniería y construcción contratados para la ejecución de los proyectos.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA ASPIRAR A LA VACANTE?
- Ser graduado de alguna de las carreras de Ingeniería, especialmente en Medio Ambiente
- Manejo de inglés medio o avanzado
- Residir en Nuevo León
- Tener manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.
- Experiência de 3 - 5 años en ejecución de proyectos de Ingeniería
- Experiência en el área de Medio Ambiente o Utilidades
- Experiência/ conocimiento de gestión de proyectos/ EEM (Early Equipment Management)
- Tener habilidad para manejar diversas actividades al mismo tiempo y mantener costo, escopo y cronogramas para los proyectos.
- Coordinar paquetes de ingeniería con conocimiento de estándares de la industria y sistemas de Ingeniería como CAD, Procore, Primavera y MS Project.
- Disponibilidad para viajes constantes
