La posición de **Quality Specialist** es responsable de coordinar y liderar la implementación y actividades de validación de procesos y sistemas. Equipos de la planta de la planta que por sus funciones tengan impacto con la calidad, seguridad, pureza y/o eficacia de los productos respaldo de los procesos o cumplimiento regulatorios de acuerdo a los 26 estándares de calidad y requerimientos de las agencias regulatorias nacionales e internacionales vigentes, de tal forma que se asegure que las funciones realizadas por dichos sistemas son correctas, seguras, exactas y consistentes de conformidad con la seguridad y necesidad del usuario y uso planeado.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos corporativos (26 estándares de calidad) regulatorios nacionales e internacionales de validación y control de cambios para asegurar su correcta interpretación e implementación.
- Implementar los procedimientos y planes maestros de validación que describen la metodología de validación, así como las actividades y tiempos necesarios para el mantenimiento de este status.
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de validación definidas para cada uno de los procesos, sistemas y equipos cuyas funciones tengan impacto con la calidad.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en ingeniería o campo relacionado.
- 2 años de experiência en validaciones o 3 años de experiência en calidad.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Conocimientos en Google Suite.
