Working as a Project Engineer, you will be the support person for various electrical engineering projects in electrification in Apodaca, Mexico providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

Senior Project Engineer
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites.
- Provides technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities.
- Designs and conducts experiments, analyzes and interprets data.
- Prepares complete project documents in one’s area of responsibility.
- Developing your management and communication skills by working with entry-level employees.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
**Your background**:
- 3 years of experience in related technical, technology and function, working as project engineer or similar with electrical products.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including MS Office.
- Strong management people leadership and engineering quality focus.
- Experience in Electrical Power Distribution Systems.
- Understanding on Metal sheet Manufacturing.
- Experience on ISO9001 or any other Quality System.
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or any other related Engineering.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Availability to travel.
