**ME Manufacturing Engineer Factory Planning**
**Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León**
ME Manufacturing Engineer Factory Planning you will:
- Coordinate and ensure the industrialization of the development of new models according to the defined production architecture, such as the implementation and optimization of the factory processes according to the defined strategy.
- Suport and coordinate the development of the Masterplan of the Factory Cooking
- Plan, install, ramp-up and run core processes
- Ensure that the decisions taken are correct according to the factory strategy within the defined framework of Production Architecture
- Optimize the interconnected components of a manufacturing system ( e.g. VSD/VSM, material flow, production process sequence and equipment layouts
- Proposal and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with productivity objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Engineering or related field
- +5 years professional experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office administration
- Industrial engineering techniques and lean manufacturing system.
- Legislation and regulations applicable to the activity in Monterrey. As well as legislation on the prevention of occupational risks, safety and the environment
- Organization engineering and MTM (Methods Time Measurement)
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Problem solving techniques, teamwork, process control, SPC (Statistical Process Control), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to teach and train associates in all aspects of operations.
- Organization and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with various user groups
- English-Spanish - bilingual
