**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Ensure Quality Policy and procedures are implemented to provide the quality product that meets design parameters in the process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Provide leadership for process control in assembly line and retrofit
Problem resolution with suppliers and customers
Support the corrective action system PSP (Internal and External)
Provide technical Support to Mfg. Eng. regarding quality of product and its function within the design.
Quality Gage required for the process
Provide leadership to QC engineers and Technicians
Works closely with Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing in Capacity Studies, Gage R&R and DOE.
Perform Activities related to Safety
SAP transaction and report
Technical Support related Line issues and Retrofit area
Feedback in relation of issues found in line and retrofit area
Quality Metrics reduction
workflows creation
Inspection Plant creation
Quality Alert Creation
Follow up on Quality metrics CPU/DPL/RFT
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.
Status reports(statistics Graphics)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

**Education**: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
SAP Transactions (necessary)
80% Bilingual (Spanish - English)
Knowledge of ISO9000
Geometric Tolerances and Blue Print Readings
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point necessary)
Google Tools & Apps (Is a Plus)
Problem Solving Techniques
SPC, PFMEA, APQP
Good Analytical Skills
Quality tools
Experience in Quality Control
Good Judgement
Strong Leadership and work team management
Good Communication/ Service Skills
