**Business Development Executive - Tech Industry**

**About The Role**

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the first person to reach out to our potential customers and help in developing and executing business development opportunities.

This is a key role in bringing sales opportunities for VadoDevs

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting Activities**
- High-volume prospecting and lead generation by creating and mapping target companies.
- Summarizing business descriptions and reviewing websites.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Drive to achieve goals and objectives set by the company.

**Sales Activities**:

- Drive and lead sales meetings with potential customers.
- Generate business proposals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

**Marketing Activities**:

- Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs for the marketing team to build campaigns.
- Ensure a seamless flow of information and strategies between the sales and marketing teams.

**Team Activities**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Report on sales results, including forecast and performance metrics.
- Adjust sales strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- Train new sales representatives on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for team development.
- Attend internal meetings with the other areas of the companies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management and prospecting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
