Empresa logística alemana especializada en exportación e importación de materiales químicos y de alto riesgo, nombrada como Top Employer 2024 esta en busca de su próximo activo humano dentro de finanzas que impulse y lidere **el proceso presupuestario**, **prepara estados financieros e informes de previsión** y actividad empresarial; s**upervisa la contabilidad y preparación de informes financieros**; **asesora a la gerencia **con respecto a las **decisiones financieras.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Proporcionar informes financieros e interpretar la información financiera al personal directivo** mientras recomienda cursos de acción adicionales.
- **Asesorar sobre las actividades de inversión** y brindar estrategias que la empresa debe tomar.
- Mantener la **salud financiera** de la organización.
- **Analizar costos, precios, contribuciones variables, resultados de ventas **y el desempeño real de la empresa en comparación con los planes de negocios.
- **Desarrollar tendencias y proyecciones para las finanzas** de la firma.
- Realizar revisiones y evaluaciones para o**portunidades de reducción de costos**.
- Supervisar las operaciones del departamento de finanzas, **establecer metas y objetivos y diseñar un marco para que se cumplan**.
- Gestionar la **elaboración del presupuesto** de la empresa.
- Servir de enlace con los auditores para garantizar que se mantenga un seguimiento adecuado de las finanzas de la empresa.

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura/Maestría en Finanzas, Contabilidad o Economía.
- **Experiência comprobada como Gerente Financiero**:

- Experiência en el sector financiero con posibles roles previos como analista financiero.
- Amplio conocimiento de las tendencias financieras tanto dentro de la empresa como de los patrones generales del mercado.
- Usuario competente de software financiero.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y presentación.
- Capaz de gestionar, guiar y liderar a los empleados para garantizar que se utilicen los procesos financieros adecuados.
- Una sólida comprensión de las estadísticas financieras y los principios contables.
- Conocimiento práctico de todas las leyes y reglamentos estatutarios.

Salario: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mes
