**Job Description**:
Maintenance Management System
Plans all maintenance activities based on the electrical equipment and vendor recommendation from the user's manual ensuring that a list of priority of maintenance works is submitted to the CMD Manager and concerned department heads for appropriate action.
a. Regularly review the data gathered in SAP and perform technical analysis as a basis for improvement in both the system and maintenance management
b. Prepares purchase requisitions of maintenance parts ensuring that parts have the exact specification, appropriate quality and that adequate inventory is maintained to support maintenance activities.
c. Tracks repairs and maintenance expenditures and ensures that concerned department heads are updated on actual cost of the electrical equipment and other related maintenance equipment.
d. Monitors the implementation of all maintenance activities and ensures that these are accomplished on schedule, within the budgeted cost, and in accordance with acceptable standards on quality.
e. Checks the documentation of repairs and maintenance works and ensures that the time-based maintenance schedule is constantly updated at Central Maintenance Management System.
f. Monitors and validates the effectiveness of the Preventive Maintenance Schedule and recommends adjustments when necessary.
g. Designs and checks items for fabrication, installation, relocation and renovation as may be required, ensuring that these conform to the applicable standards.
h. Establishes, maintains, recommends and implements a good housekeeping program for all areas of responsibility to ensure compliance to food safety standards set by GMP, HACCP & Halal.
i. Prepares Unscheduled Shutdown Report and submits report to the CMD monthly quality performance to CMD Manager ensuring that the recommended corrective and/or preventive actions of the electrical equipment are identified.
k. Coordinate for the calibration of all testing equipment or device/s as may be required ensuring that devices remain reliable and that these conform to ISO requirements as need arises.
l. Regularly reviews the equipment, system and trouble reports and performs root cause analysis of all farm equipment downtime or failures.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Graduate of an engineering course, preferably electrical or industrial engineering
**Experience**:
With at least 3 years experience as a maintenance planner or similar function
Licenses:
Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer or Master Electrician or equivalent
Other Requirements:
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships
2. Knowledge and skills in Electrical engineering.
3. Basic Electrical & Mechanical Engineering workshop and measuring tool.
4. Effective supervisory skills.
5. Knowledge of and familiarity of the different manufacturing
processes and functionality of electrical equipment, generators and its components.
6. Capability to interpret schematic diagrams,SLD, three wire diagram, logic diagram and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical faults.
7. Computer literacy in data processing and company-required software.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in English or in the vernacular both written and oral.
