Position Summary*
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance & Consulting, this position assists on compliance projects for major clients. This individual will provide management of FTA certificate solicitation process as directed or required. The role requires professional communication with clients, suppliers and government representatives as well as administrative support for the Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Reviews FTA certificates for accuracy
- Maintain client and vendor relationships
- Utilizing client and Buckland software to organize and manage workload
- Use analytical skills in problem solving a variety of situations
- Create reports, assist in drafting compliance processes and work instructions

- Customer service experience with strong Spanish and English oral/written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Above average and accurate keyboarding skills
