**Job Summary**:

career. We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organise all types
working, looking to learn and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Managing and being responsible for the booking of Sapphire resources
- Assign tasks to internal teams and provide comprehensive diary management
- 1-2-1 support for Project Managers
- Weekly meetings
- Running project reports
- Entering Project Plans
- Ensure PMs are following governance guidelines
- Project Control
- Remote Project Management for smaller projects
- Liaison with Clients to schedule resource
- Liaison with Clients and Consultants to define requirements and ensure pre-requisites are
met
- Ensuring all provisional time is confirmed / released
- Ensuring all ‘Available’ days are utilised
- Ensuring the correct Consultant is booked for the job, i.e.. checking skill set
- Setting up ISOFs (Sales Orders)
- Sending out Services Confirmations to Clients / Consultants
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
- Knowledge of resource planning
- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
- Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with team members
- Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
- Personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to
exceptional customer care and service in all activities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
- Exemplary communication skills

Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite for the position.
Must possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress and the
ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and foster client relationships.
