The Business Integration specialist supports the GTS Business Integration Manager and serves as a SPOC for first level business support. The specialist works with the global users to identify and assess new opportunities and strategies to foster profitable growth and global solutions wherever feasible and works with the GTS Business Integration Manager to review the opportunity and develop a proposed planed plan

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the business requirements discussions with operations and IT, support Global Initiatives as needed
- Provide business requirements to IT, Coordinate with project sponsor owner to ensure business requirements are accurately captured
- Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and IT to resolve any questions that might come up during IT analysis and design
- Suggest process improvement ideas
- Approve or reject change request
- Ensure IT solutions are scalable and work for future
- Facilitate business user acceptance testing
- Conduct training to the business owners
- Publish launch document to the users
- Ensure successful implementation of small projects
- Be a single point of contact for Business users during Project roll out
- Hand off the project to first level business support helpdesk
- Participate in Project Reviews with the Sponsor
- Analytical and other Liaison responsibilities
- Assist the Business Integration Manager in the following areas:

- Develop business process flow
- Data analysis
- Develop presentation material for review with senior management on specific projects
- Conduct working level meeting with business leads and identify tasks
- Liaise meetings with business leads and x-function teams to resolve open items
- Develop periodic project update slides
- Proactively monitor Carrier data updates and coordinate if the data updates are outside of SLA that impacts revenue recognition
- Proactively monitor data from carriers in support of ETA and ATA for vessels to support visibility to IMG (International Markets Group) direct Dealers

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- BS in Engineering, Supply chain, Business IT, Logistics
- Language Skills - Very strong English language spoken and written capability
- Specialized knowledge
- Ford Motor Company’s (global) Order to Delivery process and knowledge of groups that need to be included as part of projects for ensuring compliance preferred
- Good collaboration skills, ability to coordinate enhancements or small project work, x-skill team and regions and ability to drive various business and IT groups toward vision
- 2-4 years relevant experience in:

- Order Fulfillment, supply chain OR logistics industry
- Worked in both Business and IT areas
- Successfully led IT project implementation that support business operations
- Experience in implementing an ERP tool in supply chain Industry
- Systems related activities (business liaison, specialist, etc.)
- Experience in a global environment.
- Previous Ford Experience in international business strategy or logistics is a plus

- General understanding of Ford’s import / export business model
