Senior Process Engineer/ Senior Industrial Engineer

**Job Summary**
The essential activities for the Sr. Engineer is to develop, implement and maintain systems to manage in an optimal conditions the motor assembly/test process that ensures the customer requirements are being met, in demand and quality aspects, by using all quality and lean tools applicable to the different motors.
**Responsibilities**:
- It is responsible to develop, implement and follow up the below process engineering IE activities for the assigned assembly line.
- Define standard time by using a predetermined motion time system like MOST.
- Develop and implement assembly equipment for a new process.
- Make improvements to the assembly process/machines in order to improve line performance.
- Develop and maintain the process documents.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial engineering
- 3-5 years of experience working in the DC electrical motors industry.
- Preferible experience en electrical motors industry
- TS 16949 knowledge
- English 85%
- Autocad
**Competences**
- Process documents development (PFMEA, Flow Chart, Work Instructions, Layout)
- Experience and knowledge of MSA (R&R, Cpk, etc.)
- Proven experience in problem solving techniques/ failures and define corrective actions.
- Ability to understand customer and design specifications
- Skills to identify equipment problems
- Technical knowledge en PLC, Vision sistems COGNEX, KEYENCE.
