**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Credit Analysts are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate CM and Client accounts and/ or Merchants. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. CS are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years call center, credit, customer service or sales experience
- Excellent consultation, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proven problem solving and decision making
- Fulltime and schedule availability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office environment
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
