**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Service requests response, incident reports through Service Desk system.
- Configuration and administration of different devices such as laptops, printers, mobile devices, APs, Servers, etc.
- Inventory administration.
- Maintain the honor and conduct code in the IT Team.

**Your key responsibilities include the following**:

- Technical support to remote and local users.
- Support to end-users for MacOS and Windows operating system.
- Follow up on incident reports and help desk.
- Support users with Microsoft tools (Office365 Package).
- Configuration and management of MacOS and Windows computers.
- Network configuration and maintenance (LAN and Wireless).
- Server administration (Windows and Linux).
- Printer configuration and maintenance.
- IT inventory management.
- Configuration and maintenance of access controls, alarm and security cameras.
- Configuration and maintenance of VPN, Network Policies, Troubleshooting and structured cabling.

**Position Requirements**:

- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
- Area of Study: Systems Engineer or similar.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in technical support.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities to build relationships and confidence among users and clients.
- Good understanding of MacOS, Office365, networking and servers.
- Leadership skills.
- Working Experience of multidisciplinary processes and functions of business organizations.
- Project planning skills.
- Teamwork and Client relationships.
- Knowledge desired in Security and Microsoft Administration (Azure AD, Office365).
- Knowledge desired in ITIL and SOC2
