**Responsibilities**

**Finance Coordinator, Foodservice (Foods)**

**Main purpose**
- Responsible for partnering with sales team to help resolve trade reconciliations/post audits.
- Provide mínimal financial reporting for the Canadian Foodservice (Foods) business

**Your Impact**

As The Finance Coordinator, Foodservice (Foods) your scope will consist of:
Planning and Forecasting:

- Research / understand invalid deductions with post audit/deduction coordinator and then work with sales to reach out to customer to gain repayment of deduction
- Perform base SOX requirements and testing
- Work within key systems (Tibersoft, Essbase, BOBJ) to research calims and pull together a story for repayment from customer.

People Responsibilities
- No direct reports

**Qualifications**

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- University degree in Business
- English fluency required
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous Essbase & BOBJ software experience an asset
- Experience in consumer products industry an asset
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
- Organizational skills
- Technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
