CRM & Email Automation Specialist

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- CRM Management:

- Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Segment customer data to create targeted campaigns based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure CRM integration with other tools and platforms.

**Campaign Strategy**:

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall customer journey touchpoints.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
