**Design Systems Engineer**

**YOUR ROLE**
- Primarily responsible for managing system interactions and interfaces between components and subsystems of the EDM gearbox.
- EDM gearbox hardware system responsible.
- Schedules hardware system design reviews across PRC and reviews DRE design proposals as required.
- Manage Driveline system and Interface DFMEA/DRBFM reviews to ensure complete transparency and development of cohesive Design Controls leading to Robust DVP Actions.
- Review and approve all change notices ensuring checklist, LL, and E-BPs are updated and aligned.
- Leads Technical Cost Reductions/Value optimization effort and alignment working closely with PRC, DVC, and VO teams.
- Reviews driveline system and applicable component "Validation Completion" status with DVC team periodically and provides update to CE.
- Manage CQI and GIMS cross functional task force teams working closely with ACE, create priorities, action plans and track progress, align and update initiatives list.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelors in engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of engineering experience.
- General knowledge of EDM Gearboxes, Drivelines, Axles or Transmission Systems and interface requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting complex material to various audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a time constrained environment.
- Self-motivated and organizational skills.
- Advanced English is a must
