The Procurement Assistant will leverage their superior organizational and communication skills to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of software purchase requests, renewals, and terminations; involving appropriate stakeholders and maintaining consistent, accurate documentation.

**What You'll Do**:

- Monitor new software purchase requests and ensure the completeness of required documentation and order information, confirm approvals, and work with internal and external stakeholders on estimated usage metrics
- Check for unexpected software renewals; to include quarterly renewal request entry, regular reviews of Master Software List and Contract Library for upcoming renewals, and maintaining communication with Vendor Managers
- Monitor software terminations and notify the appropriate stakeholders
- Monitor the status of open JIRA tickets, informing stakeholders as needed and keeping JIRA up-to-date
- Monitor the status of POs in Nexonia and update the system accordingly
- Maintain the accuracy of the Master Software List and Procurement JIRA Tickets
- Clean up and then maintain the accuracy of the Contract Library
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as needed for executive approval

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years experience in an administrative support role or project administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with people at all levels, regardless of role
- A great attitude and high energy with values that align with our corporate culture
- A "leave it with me, I'll get it done" attitude
- Solutions oriented - A 5% focus on the problem and a 95% focus on the solution
- Ability to be organized while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within the guidelines required by our standard processes and practices
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
- Fluent in English
- Previous purchasing or procurement experience is beneficial
- Finance experience is beneficial
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) required
