LOCALIDAD: Planta Civac, Cuernavaca, Morelos.

PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN:
Es un profesional que lidera el rol de aseguramiento de calidad para la fábrica dentro del proceso productivo, dando seguimiento al cumplimiento de estándares alineado con los requerimientos regulatorios aplicables.

AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN POSICIONES SIMILARES:
Al menos 5 años en un rol similar.

¿QUÉ HARÍAS?
- Gestión de incidentes de calidad, así como el seguimiento a sus investigaciones y CAPA.
- Monitoreo y mejora continúa basada en el seguimiento a indicadores y análisis de causa raíz
- Gestión y seguimiento del sistema de control de cambios
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento a los KPI establecidos para calidad por parte de la planta.
- Gestión de auditorías Internas y externas ( COFEPRIS y FDA)
- Gestión de rechazo de materiales y contacto con proveedores para planes de mejora
- Gestión de producto terminado (trazabilidad, retenciones y liberaciones)
- Gestión de reclamos de cliente y consumidor
- Gestión y análisis estadístico de las diferentes herramientas de seguimiento y monitoreo de parámetros y especificaciones.
- Soporte a las áreas de proyectos, investigación y desarrollo en las pruebas relacionadas a innovaciones y mejoras en las líneas/equipos.
- Gestión del estudio HACCP / Product Defense.
- Soporte al cumplimiento de buenas practicas de fabricación, buenas prácticas de higiene, limpieza y desinfección de líneas/equipos.
- Administra a su equipo de trabajo, rol de turnos nomina, vacaciones, etc.

¿QUÉ NIVEL DE ESTUDIOS NECESITAS?

Ingeniería Químico - Industrial -Farmacéutico o afín.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA ASPIRAR A LA VACANTE?
- Buenas prácticas de manufactura.
- Conocimiento sobre manejo de producto OTC (FDA)
- Manejo de inventarios de producto terminado.
- Administración de proyectos y CAPEX.
- Procesos de manufactura
- Medición de indicadores y procesos de mejora continua
- Aplicación y verificación de efectividad de Acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Administración de personal
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Liderazgo

Liderar al área de calidad por medio del trabajo en equipo en conjunto con las áreas de manufactura así como con otras áreas soporte para cumplir los objetivos del negocio.

Dar soporte al proceso productivo asegurando que nuestras marcas y productos cumplen con las expectativas de clientes y consumidores.

Garantizar producto sin defectos de calidad y/o funcionales a través de sistemas de gestión, herramientas de análisis, monitoreo de parámetros críticos de control, análisis de causa raíz, entre otros.

Asegurar el cumplimiento al sistema de gestión documental a través de las buenas prácticas de documentación y el correcto manejo de procedimientos, registros, bitácoras, etc.

Participación en los diferentes foros aportando ideas de mejora, solución a problemas, logro de objetivos desde el enfoque de aseguramiento de calidad.
