**We're looking for a Sr. Scrum Master.**

Own and drive a product from vision, through design, to requirements, and finally delivery. Facilitate within a larger cross-functional team to solve business problems. Work with significant autonomy and freedom, requiring little oversight. This autonomy, however, will be within a broader strategy set by a Senior Product Manager and/or Group Product Manager. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Organize and facilitate planning and coordination including release / Potentially Shippable Increments planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups,iteration review/demos, and retrospectives.
- Hold team accountable to tenants of the agile SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) and their internal working agreements including use of appropriatetools, standards and best practices.
- Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility.
- Assist the team in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics.
- Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity.
- Support and empower the team to make appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition.
- Empower the team to self-organize around achieving their commitments.
- Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments.
- Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives).
- Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices where appropriate.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

**Minimum Position Qualifications**:

- Must have 3+ years Scrum Master experience in a complex large scale enterprise.
- Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
- Excellent team player and team builder.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to ensure a proper balance between PMO (Project Management Office, Business and IS&S teams and management.
- Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

**Desired Previous Job Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a Business related program.
- At least 5 years of experience as part of an Agile team (BI, FIN).
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum techniques
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
