Automation Superintendent

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Lead and support the Automation Engineers to meet their duties and responsibilities. - Responsible for the coordination of the Automation Engineers activities to meet targets and objectives. Follow up on projects assigned to each Engineer. Establish the working method and follow-up activities for Automation Engineering. Lead the Process Engineers to follow Quality System regulations. Encourage teamwork. Lead the Automation Engineers to assume leadership on the Engineering projects.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- English: 85%- 3 or more years of related experience as leader in Automation Process. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplishgoals. Ability to troubleshoot simple to complex manufacturing process issues;
- Experience with product transfers from one facility to another;
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability;
- Excellent computer skills - CAD, word processing, and spreadsheets;
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish,and the ability to effectively interface within a cross-functional teamenvironment
