Your tasks

Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System, as well as compliance with environmental objectives. It has the authority to issue recommendations for continuous improvement, request information and respond to other commitments in the process. It has the authority to stop any activity and/or service that may generate an environmental impact. It has the authority to notify the activities that are affecting the environment in the workplace. It has the authority to request the necessary resources for the Environmental Management System and continuous improvement.

**Profile**:

- Environmental Engineer or similar.
- 2-4 years experience in environmental management systems, environmental projects and/or sustainability.
- English: Advance.
- Experience in hazardous and non hazardous waste management.
- Experience in environmental legal requirements revision and implementation.
- Experience in automotive industry or manufacturing processes (recommended)

**Offer**:

- Updating of support records of the Environmental Management System eg. Hazardous Waste Log, Waste Balance, SoFi Data, among others.
- Prepare an Internal Communication plan, likewise the preparation of Material for it considering the issues of the Environmental Management System.
- Carry out and execute a performance audit program for Contractors according to the corporate checklist.
- Carry out and execute a program to review adequate conditions (temporary storage of hazardous waste, temporary storage of non-hazardous waste).
- Prepare corporate documents eg. Assessment of Environmental Aspects, Context of the organization, risk assessment, among others. Focused on the scope of the Environment Area
- Verify the current permits of the Waste suppliers (Collection, Collection and Final Disposal).
- Define, plan and execute environmental projects focused on reducing possible environmental impacts
- Define, plan and execute environmental projects focused on Social Responsibility with an environmental focus.
- Update applicable legal requirements eg. COA's Municipal License, Management Plans, Large Generator Registration, among others. Likewise, the authority to Request information as an input for updating and evaluating the applicable and signed legal requirements.
