**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify potential sales talent using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and industry-specific leads.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for finding and hiring top talent.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or sales (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in using social media and other online tools for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus
