**Sr. Associate Supply Chain**

En esta posición tendrás que:

- Gestionar la creación y mantenimiento de clientes en SAP de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos en Customer Master Data Management.
- Gestionar el procesamiento de pedidos y facturación al primer cliente económico de acuerdo con las condiciones contractuales aprobadas y los procedimientos internos.
- Ser Business Partner del área Comercial con el fin de brindar la mejor experiência de servicio a nuestros clientes.
- Conducir actividades o proyectos de eficiencia operacional y proponer iniciativas de productividad.
- Gestionar las quejas, sugerencias y trámites de los clientes internos/externos.
- Influenciar al equipo Comercial y de Finanzas para la resolución de pedidos bloqueados.
- Coordinar las devoluciones de los clientes de acuerdo con la política de devoluciones.
- Garantizar los cierres de mes de manera precisa y oportuna. (conciliación de inventarios, reconocimiento de ventas, radicación de facturas, reporte cierre de mes, legalización devoluciones, etc).

Requerimientos mínimos:

- Profesional en carreras Administrativas.
- Experiência de mínimo dos (4) años en el área de Servicio al Cliente.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Manejo Avanzado de Excel y paquete de Office
- Experiência en el manejo de SAP
- Habilidades de comunicación

Requerimientos complementarios:

- Preferiblemente experiência en compañías farmacéuticas o dispositivos médicos.
- Experiência en el manejo de proveedores logísticos (3 PLs)
- Experiência de trabajo con equipos comerciales.
- Conocimiento en Buenas Prácticas de Distribución preferiblemente en productos de cadena de frío.
