**What you’ll do?**
- Good knowledge of the ITIL process.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- General administration, such as user administration, database upgrade, decommissioning, space utilization, scheduling database jobs, maintaining standby databases.
- Database performance management. Collecting statistics, running performance monitoring scripts, analyzing the operating system;
- Ensure high availability of the database. Support, maintenance and backup of the RAC environment
- Security and compliance management, such as patch management and version control.
- Establish and maintain robust backup and recovery policies and procedures.
- Perform database migration, upgrade and patch installation.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Management team
- Responsible for installing and managing clusterware with multiple nodes.
- Working knowledge of version updates and patches.
- Configuration and administration of database backup utilities and tools.
- Database Recovery Manager
- HA/Standby configuration and management responsibility
- Project planning, planning and resource mobilization.
- Escalation and resolution management
- Status reports
- Utilization
- ORACE Manager
- Communication with other leaders and project coordinators.
- Customer relationship management and internal interface to project requirements.
- Participation in system requirements and design review.
- Acts as an escalation point for the client.
- Provides leadership to the group, evaluates team members.
- Manages projects independently: sets objectives and plans the schedule for project completion.
- Actively manages the client relationship, including sales, risks and opportunities.
- Constant effort for profitability.
- Solutions Design and Sales/Pre-Sales Support

**What you’ll bring**:

- Specialized database administration, including resource planning and other team control and project planning tasks.
- A key customer interface that includes trading risks and opportunities.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and their architecture.
- Good knowledge of operating system commands including Unix MS.
- Good knowledge of scripting, Perl Shell, Powershell, etc. Inform the customer of any major issues when using incident management.
- Good knowledge of the ITIL process.
- General administration, such as user administration.
- Upgrade of data base.
- Dismantling.
- Use of space. Scheduling jobs in the database.
- Experience in writing SoW pricing Good knowledge of general business practices and process flow In-depth knowledge of Database DBA domain concepts
