**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Establish project objectives.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and supervise all tasks.
- Establish the schedule of the project phases.
- Orient and assign the responsibilities that each member of the team must complete.
- Verify that the required codes, practices, regulations, and specifications are complied with.
- To create study the risks and generate actions to minimize or eliminate them.
- Promote job security.
- Daily documentation of the project progress.
- Make sure that the established deadlines are met.
- Control costs, respecting the budget agreed with the client or the company.
- Coordinate work teams, which could be integrated by external and internal professionals, from different areas of competence.
- Motivate team members to complete the assigned task.
- Perform calculations, simulations and evaluations required to ensure the operation of the project.
- Choose the appropriate materials for the project and establish the quantities that will be required for its correct execution.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations about the project, for both (internal and external) use.
