**Project Engineer Sr**

**¿Qué harás? - Tareas y Responsabilidades**:
a. Asegura la correcta definición de los procesos y tecnología a implementar considerando las instalaciones, parámetros de proceso, conceptos de control y conceptos de seguridad derivados de los diferentes proyectos que impacten las áreas de Empaque, Manufactura, Almacenamiento y Distribución.

b. Desarrolla y dirige la organización del proyecto, roles y responsabilidades, plan de recursos, plan de ejecución del proyecto y estrategia de procuración en los proyectos asignados.

c. Determina los criterios de diseño, los límites de batería, las características de las instalaciones y los materiales a considerarse en la construcción, conceptos de functional safety y machinery safety. Así como asegura que estén considerados en los nuevos sistemas, los estándares de mejora continua tales como center lines, daily operation system y drive daily improvements.

d. Presupuesta el monto de inversión para la proyección de business case de nuevos productos, planea y ejecuta el plan de gastos mensual de cada uno de los proyectos asignados.

e. Dirige el programa de ejecución y coordina a los líderes de Tecnología de Procesos Manufactura, Empaque, Calidad, Seguridad y proveedores externos.

f. Coordina el comisionamiento de los proyectos, implementa arranques verticales en la producción y acompaña durante el proceso de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías.

g. Facilita las interferencias con otros proyectos y el plan de comunicación entre los involucrados directa o indirectamente en el proyecto.

**¿Quién Eres?**

a. Nível de escolaridad: Egresado de Licenciatura/Ingeniería

b. Carrera: Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería mecatrónica, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

c. Conocimientos especiales (Especialidad, maquinaria, equipo, capacitación, software, etc.): Procesos farmacéuticos en la producción de Sólidos, Project Management, Project, SAP, MS Office, Mejora Continua.

d. Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado (escrito y oral)

e. Experiência laboral (años, área): 5 años en Industria Farmacéutica o de Consumo.
