**Job Summary**

The SNP Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing the finished goods deployment from all Colgate facilities (Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing). They will work closely with cross functional supply chain partners and with the SC Integration Team to maximize the usage of APO-SNP across the distribution network. They are responsible for executing a replenishment strategy that balances service and working capital.

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**
- Describes the key responsibilities/accountabilities as well as the degree of authority for the job
- Manage inventory shortage communication - Communicates all pertinent inventory availability issues to the commercial organization and Supply Chain. Acts as a contact point between the commercial organization and Supply Chain.
- Execution of DC target stock level strategy - Validates synchronization between R3 and SNP ensuring data integrity to drive accurate calculation of Safety Stocks and able to Promise Logic in APO
- Network Balancing - analytical skills and functional knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent unplanned inventory deployment exceptions such as, but not limited to, production shortages, necessary stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions, direct shipments from central warehouses to large wholesalers.
- Meet budgetary goals - meet or exceed targets including truck load weight, unplanned warehouse to warehouse movements as well as other FTG savings. Incorporates and executes “Best Practice” replenishment processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory
- Exception Management - Conducts weekly “Root Cause” analysis and identifies corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts.

**Qualifications**
- Describes the formal education, experience, technical skills required to successfully perform the job
- Level of Education:

- Bachelor degree
- Years of Experience (range):

- 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain a plus if it is in logistics, planning or inventory management

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience in excel SAP APO is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Inventory Management
- Able to identify and implement alternative Supply Chain Networks to Improve service to drive Inventory Optimization.
- Strong understanding of and E2E tools
- Able to identify through tools modeling opportunities to drive Inventory Optimization.
- Customer service and logistics understanding
- Provide an optimal balance between customer service targets and deployed working capital.
