Web Part/Product Data Admin is responsible for the accuracy, integrity and administration of part data as well as the publication of operational characteristics on the website. This person is responsible to ensure customers can find the products that meet theirs needs through a given set of specifications. The role interacts with people from the engineering and marketing teams within the business lines gathering the data needed as well as understanding the business goals of our products to formulate and implement the right selection and filtering strategy. Also ensures the integrity of data processing in systems and supports the resolution of issues and the release of new functionalities collaborating with system experts and other web-related operations.

**Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations**:

- Maintain accuracy, integrity and administration of products part data
- Communicate status of the progress done associated to web requests
- Create presentation decks for product data improvement proposals including business value
- Work with other groups and teams to assess partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Be an expert in the semiconductor parts field and become aware of solutions and competition
- Perform quality assurance throughout the entire parametric data publication process
- Report system issues and support testing in code changes resulting from new feature releases and defect fixes
- Constant communication with peers and extended team on projects and request status
- Other web duties as assigned
- Contribute to the generation of part data reports
- Automation and efficiency of capturing and comparing data processes

**Knowledge/ Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor in Electronics is a significant plus.
- Attention to detail, ability to focus, thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
- Process oriented.
- Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving approach
- Teamwork skills
- Good understanding of Web Technologies and Frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish
- Commitment on time deliveries
- Analysis and handling of data
- Proactive and self-driven
- Power BI reporting is a plus
