As a **Human Resources Information Systems Analyst**, you will Lead tactical & strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **
Hands on experience doing system configurations**:

- related to Employee Central, Learning management system, and role base permission.
- ** Conduct thorough impact analysis** on other modules and system before implementing any change.
- Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
- ** Understands critical SAP new functions** **and features** for enable process alignment.
- ** Adhere to all HRIS process** governance & procedures that are developed

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Human Resources preferred and/or work experience accumulate.
- 3-5+ years of work experience within HRIS systems like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, testing and documentation skills.
- Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills.
- Good project management skills including planning, risk management, configuration skills, process mapping and prioritize tasks independently.
