**Objective of job**:

- Assure all production processes in the Plant
- Responsible for one Maintenance Department (esp. production maintenance) within the BU.
- Maximize availability of machinery and production equipment with the minimum possible cost.

**Responsibility value**:

- Conventional delivery to customer
- Ensure time delivery of all products to external and internal customers.
- Accomplish with external requirements with regard to product quality and meet Internal quality Goals (internal PPM, Scrap costs, quality costs).
- Accomplish and ensure the agreed objectives regarding productivity, operational efficiency and overall efficiency of the Plant.
- Establish maintenance goals.
- Supervision and control of all activities related to Maintenance (planning, control, monitoring, maintenance process improvement, etc.)
- Define training programs and staff training.
- Establish procedures to evaluate maintenance.
- Establish budget and maintenance costs.
- Define and manage resources.
- Continuous improvement in coordination with the respective technical departments
- It is the responsibility of the owners of the audited process to define root cause analysis, assign responsibility and deadlines for actions implementation (action plan)

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related
- Specialist Knowledge: Fabrication experience is needed as a stamping, laser cutting, welding, etc.
- Experience in fabrication industry 3-5 years
- Languages: Advanced Level

Salario: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
