**Accounts Payable Intern**

We are hiring an **Accounting Intern** who will be supporting the **Accounts Payable** activities**.

**As an intern, you will be doing**:

- Invoice validation and labeling for submission to record by KL team.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Work closely with the AP team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Helps the Financial Analysts with more complex tasks related to accounts payable matters.
- Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- To graduate at least in June 2025 or later.
- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.
- Intermediate / Advanced English level.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
- Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office.
