Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y **siendo responsable de**:

- Liderar la expansión de MercadoEnvíos México desde la planeación, diseño e implementación de los distintos estándares regionales de diseño arquitectónico de áreas administrativas.Acompañando el proceso de selección y contratación de proveedores estratégicos: Diseño arquitectónico, Obra, Mobiliario, Branding, etc.
- Administrar presupuesto asignado presentando eficiencias en ejecución y control, construyendo paramétricos de costos, cronogramas de implementación, identificando ruta crítica y a su vez presentando alternativas de diseño e inversión para acompañar al negocio en las distintas decisiones de expansión en tiempo y forma.
- Realizar gestión de contratación y seguimiento de tareas previas y posteriores al proyecto para asegurar su correcta ejecución: Mapa de riesgos, plan de abastecimiento, identificar desvíos y oportunidades de ahorro, contratación de precios unitarios o contratos marco, gestión de contratos, protocolos de Seguridad e Higiene, KPIS y pago a proveedores.
- Asegurar un servicio de excelencia al cliente interno, honrando compromisos y construyendo una relación de confianza para llegar a los resultados y experiência deseada. Desarrollar entendimiento y conocimiento de negocio para anticipar y entender necesidades futuras.

**Requisitos**:

- Ser profesional de Arquitectura o Ingeniería Civil.
- Contar con 4 años de experiência desarrollada en posiciones similares.
- Haber trabajado en el sector de construcción, en áreas de estructuración y desarrollo de proyectos. Deseado empresas de logística o transporte.
- Tener conocimientos y manejo de Autocad, Sketchup y paquete Office. Manejar herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Deseado certificación PMP/PMI
