The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining and supporting the building of valuable, feasible, viable, and usable products that meet customer needs over lifecycle of the product. The PO will define the product roadmap for the assigned products. The PO works directly with customers and Product Managers (PMs) to understand and communicate their needs. The PO will also closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), other IT collaborators and SMEs from different areas to define how technology can enable business processes, drive business value and KPI improvement.
