**Responsabilidades**:

- Seguimiento y Medición a Proceso y Producto cumpliendo en tiempo y forma los análisis macrográficos edge profile que aseguren la funcionalidad del producto en el proceso de soldadura.
- Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de análisis metalográficos para asegurar la calidad y funcionalidad de blanks soldados en procesos de estampado del cliente.
- Brindar asistencia y soporte directa y oportuna a procesos de láser determinando funcionalidad de soldadura.
- Control de instrumentos de medición, calibraciones y fechas límite de vencimiento. Asegurar la calibración oportuna de los instrumentos de medición.
- Capacitar a operarios de nuevo ingreso en inspección visual por atributos de soldadura láser y periódicamente evaluar la operación con más experiência para asegurar la correcta verificación.
- Asegurar por medio de validaciones en piso que se están llevando a cabo correctamente las mediciones de variables del producto de acuerdo con lo establecido en Plan de control.
- Seguimiento a acciones correctivas definidas en las juntas de PDCA.
- Responsable de actualizar procedimientos y procesos ligados a laboratorio; así como, del cuidado de las máquinas.
- Emisión de reportes de tensión y de ablación.

**Habilidades, requisitos y rasgos personales**:

- Bachillerato
- SPC, MSA, Metalurgia básica de aceros, estadistica intermedia, macrografías
- MINITAB, Office
- Enfoque al cliente, Comunicación, Calidad en el Trabajo, Solución de problemas, Conocimiento técnico
