**FP&A Manager**
Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of financial analysis projects, guiding strategic business decisions and fostering positive client relationships. This position requires a high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a number of deadlines. You are a seasoned pro with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and demonstrated your leadership talents - your happy place combines your passion for finance and your heart for people. As a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will:
- Lead multiple client engagements across diverse industries, ensuring efficient financial operations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to drive insightful recommendations for clients.
- Manage monthly reporting processes and present findings to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
- Develop innovative solutions for investment, sourcing, and cost reduction, contributing to clients' growth and success.
- Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Strong modeling background and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
**Preferred**:
- Master's degree in finance or related field.
- Experience in a small, high-growth company or professional services firm.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience working with multiple clients.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per month
