**Title**: SM Specialist
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD Saltillo
**Function**: Supply Management / Logistics

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supply Chain Integration: Focused on adopting new develop part from the Supplier Chain Integration team into the order fulfillment process.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifies potential capacity & delivery constraints on current supply base. Works on resolving and improving worst offender suppliers as well as focusing on inventory reduction projects.
- Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, conducting performance evaluations, addressing any issues or disputes, and exploring opportunities for collaboration and improvement.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Analytics: skills to evaluate supplier quotes, assess market trends, conduct cost analysis.
- Supply chain management skills: Must have a good understanding of supply chain management concepts and practices. This includes skills in logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and risk mitigation.
- Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers. This includes the ability to communicate persuasively, understand different perspectives, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Decision-making skills: Often face complex situations with evaluating multiple options and make informed decisions under time constraints. Strong decision-making skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle unexpected challenges, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial.

**Education**:

- Engineering or Marketing.
